Giridih Police caught 13 cyber criminals Brezza car and two bikes recovered along with 1 lakh 35 thousand cash

Giridih:  Giridih Police has taken action against cyber criminals on the instructions of SP Deepak Kumar Sharma.

Police have succeeded in arresting 13 cyber criminals by conducting raids in different areas of Gandey, Ahilyapur police station area of the district.

Police have recovered 28 mobile phones, 43 SIM cards, 7 ATM cards, 1 passbook, Rs 1 lakh 35 thousand in cash along with a Brija car and two bikes from these arrested cyber criminals.

Among the arrested cyber criminals, Sarfuddin of Jamjori of Ahilyapur police station area, Vikas Mandal of Latai of Jamtara district, Vikas Mandal of Narayanpur, Sunil Rawani, Mukesh Verma of Devpur of Ahilyapur police station area, Irfan Ansari of Champapur of Gandey, Mo Danish, Mo Tanveer, Md Shoaib Akhtar of Margomunda, Deoghar, Syed Ansari of Champapur, Gandey, Md Ahmed Ansari, Abul Hasan and Manoj Mandal of Asanboni, Gandey. Giridih SP Deepak Kumar Sharma gave this information in a press conference on Saturday.

He said that all these cyber criminals used to cheat people by making pregnant women get a huge amount of maternity benefits, creating fake courier service ads on Google, pretending to get the benefits of the old age pension scheme, and posing as fake bank officers.

He said, after the arrest of these cyber criminals, the police have achieved a major success against cybercrime in Giridih.

He said that cybercrime will be completely eliminated from Giridih.

Giving a strict warning to cyber criminals, he said that those who are involved in this illegal business of cybercrime should either stop committing cyber crimes or be prepared to go to jail.

Cyber DSP Sandeep Suman Samdarshi, cyber station in-charge Ajay Kumar, Pt Roshan Kumar, Pt Saroj Kumar Mandal, Pt Sanjay Mukhiyar, constable Saket Verma, Saurabh Kumar, Jitendra Nath Mahato were included in the raid team.
