Following are key directions of CM to different departments

CM School of Excellence –

  • In the coming time, CM Schools of Excellence will be established in all the blocks.
  • Appoint regular teachers in all CM Schools of Excellence.
  • Ensure quality education in all CM Schools of Excellence running in the state.
  • All necessary efforts should be made to ensure that there are 100 results in CM Schools of Excellence.
  • Officials should not be negligent in any way in education.
  • Officers should ensure that 100% attendance of students is recorded.
  • Work on improving the performance of students in class 10th and 12th examinations.

Instructions of CM regarding Mutation and Suo Moto Mutation cases-

  • Ensure that the mutation is done within the stipulated time limit.
  • Mutation cases should not remain pending without any reason.
  • Many mutation cases remain pending in the zonal office for a long time without any objection. Mutation cases are neither executed nor rejected, should be investigated.
  • All DCs should identify those areas under their district where mutation cases are pending for more than 90 days without any reason, issue show cause to them and send a proposal for action.
  • Cases of wrongful buying and selling of land are coming to light in many areas of the state.
  • This should be stopped at all costs. Whoever is guilty in this, action should be taken against them.
  • All DCs should regularly inspect the areas under their districts and review the mutation cases there. Also verify the documents related to the land.
  • The Chief Minister gave instructions to review the amount to be spent under DMFT Fund.
  • In all the districts including Pakur, Garhwa, Chatra, Ramgarh district where the expenditure of DMFT amount has reduced, the Deputy Commissioner of those districts will spend the amount of DMFT fund.
  • Speed up the works of the schemes which have been taken from DMFT funds in the districts.

Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme-

  • The Chief Minister expressed dissatisfaction over the slow progress of the Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme.
  • The Chief Minister asked the officials as to why less applications are coming under the Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme, where is the shortcoming, the officials should review it.
  • The Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme is an ambitious scheme to connect unemployed people with self-employment.
  • Dispose of the applications that come quickly.
  • Applications should not remain pending in the department.
  • Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated.
  • Ensure wide publicity of the Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme even in remote rural areas.
  • The department should speed up the bicycle distribution scheme. Make sure to meet the set target of bicycle distribution on time.
  • Accelerate the work progress for expansion of Mukhyamantri Gram Gaadi Yojana.

Chief Minister Critical Illness Scheme-

  • The Chief Minister Critical Illness Scheme is an important scheme of the state government. More and more people should get the benefit of this scheme.
  • To make people aware of this scheme and other health related schemes of the state government, all these schemes should be publicized in rural areas.
  • Many complaints are continuously coming to the fore regarding 108 ambulance service.
  • The needy do not get their benefits on time. Make sure to investigate complaints related to its operation and settle it.
  • Mukhyamantri Jan Arogya Yojana is an important health scheme maintained by the state government.
  • There is a provision for treatment of the poor under this scheme.
  • This scheme should be widely publicized so that people come forward to take advantage of this scheme.

Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana-

  • Under this scheme, the amount is sent to the bank account of the girls through DBT. Make sure that the parents of the girls are also aware of this.
  • Under the Savitribai Phule Kishori Savitri Yojana, the obligation to provide benefits to a maximum of two girls from a family has been abolished.
  • Now all the girls in a family have to be included in this scheme.
  • In such a situation, make sure to identify these girls and provide them with the benefits of this scheme.
