Ranchi: State BJP President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi expressed happiness over the swearing-in of the state government formed under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu in Andhra Pradesh and under the leadership of Mohan Charan Manjhi in Orissa and the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister of both the states and the people of the state.
