Ranchi, Jul 20: Former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav appeared before the special CBI court here in connection with four different cases in the multi crore fodder scam case.
Mr Yadav appeared before the court of special CBI judge Shivpal Singh in connection with case number RC 64A/96 and case number 38 A/96. He also appeared in the court of special judge S S Prasad in connection with case number RC 68A/96. Later Mr Yadav also appeared in the court of special CBI judge Pradeep Kumar in case number RC 47A/96.
The CBI presented its witnesses against Mr Yadav in the court in case number RC47A/96 and RC 38A/96. While the counsel of Mr Yadav also presented an eye witness each in case number RC64A/96 and RC68A/96.
