Deoghar Airport gets DGCA clearance

Deoghar: Deoghar Airport has got clearance from the Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA), New Delhi.

The Directorate has sent a report to the Ministry of Civil Aviation expressing satisfaction on all the standards of security of Deoghar Airport. Now soon the DGCA license will be duly made available to the Deoghar unit of the Airport Authority of India from the Directorate.

The Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has initially given clearance to start domestic airlines from Deoghar Airport. According to the clearance of DGCA, the night flight service will not start from Deoghar airport yet. International flights and 24-hour airlines will be able to start only after increasing the resources.

Recently, as per the suggestion given during the inspection of a three-member team including DGCA Assistant Director DK Mandal, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Amrit Srivastava, who came for inspection of Deoghar Airport, the land at 40 meters from the runway of the airport has been completely leveled.

Preparation for starting a domestic flight from Deoghar International Airport in Jharkhand is in the final stage. Before the inauguration of the airport, on the instructions of the PMO, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has received a one-by-one report from the Deoghar unit of the Airport Authority of India for the complete preparation of the Deoghar airport.

The officials of the Deoghar unit of the Airport Authority have provided the ministry with a report on all the preparations for the Deoghar airport. After studying this report, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia may visit Deoghar Airport. Before the inauguration of Deoghar Airport by the Prime Minister, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will inspect and review the works of Deoghar Airport.  The date of inauguration can be announced by the level of the PMO after the Ministry of Civil Aviation sends the final preparation report of Deoghar Airport to the PMO.
