Ranchi : The delegation of Ranchi Metropolitan Shri Durga Puja Committee, under the leadership of Chief Convener and Chairman of the Committee Dr. Ajit Sahay, met Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha, Sadar Sub-Divisional Officer Ranchi Deepak Dubey and Additional District Magistrate Law and Order, Ranchi Rajeshwar Nath Alok in his office and met.
Presented Queen’s chunri and gave information in view of the upcoming Durga Puja. The delegation included Chanchal Chatterjee, Jai Singh Yadav, Pradeep Roy Babu, Rajesh Kumar Lal, Rajan Verma, Ravindra Verma, Rana Randhir, Sanjay Sinha Gopu, Ashok Yadav./
Dr. Ajit Sahay handed over the list of all the puja committees affiliated with Ranchi Metropolitan Shri Durga Puja Committee, so that the district administration could facilitate coordination. They urged that whatever difficulties the organizers are facing should be resolved expeditiously. Also, just as administrative facilities have been provided in the past years, the same should be provided this year also.
The Deputy Commissioner said that whatever needs the puja committee has during Durga Puja, the district administration and police administration will provide all possible help. Also, whatever requirements are there for the puja, the district administration will fulfill it. It is requested that you all should establish harmony among yourselves and come together in a cordial atmosphere and complete Durga Puja on time.
