Delegation of Bengali Yuva Manch Charitable Trust met CM Champai Soren

Ranchi: A delegation of Bengali Yuva Manch Charitable Trust met Chief Minister Champai Soren at CM House.

The members of the forum expressed gratitude for the decision to start teaching Bengali language along with other regional languages in primary schools.

They said that the work being done by the state government for the all-round development and upliftment of the Bengali community living in Jharkhand is highly praiseworthy.

The delegation urged the CM that the names of all the railway junctions and stations of the state should be written in Bengali script as before.

Also, Kantatoli flyover should be named after Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.

CM said that the state government is committed to the promotion of Bengali language and development of the Bengali community.

He assured to take positive action on the demands of the Trust.
