Ranchi: The body of a youth was recovered from Bada Talab located in Kotwali police station area on Wednesday. The identity of the deceased was Mohd. Shamsad Alam is in the form. He is said to be a resident of Second Street Shivaji Chowk, Hindpiri, Ranchi.
Regarding the incident, it is being told that Mohd. Shamsad Alam was missing for the last three days. The family members did a lot of searching, but nothing was found about him. After this the family members had lodged a written complaint at Hindpiri police station.
Locals saw the dead body of a young man floating in water in Bada Talab. After which the police were informed about this. According to Sources, the police of Kotwali police station reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. The police is investigating all the points whether the youth has been murdered or has committed suicide.
