Ranchi: The teachers of the state who want inter-district transfer or only transfer still have a chance to apply. Such teachers can apply till 22 September. The Department of School Education and Literacy has again extended the deadline for various processes including online applications for transfer of teachers. Teachers will have to apply online for transfer. The conditions for transfer of teachers have been set by the Department of School Education and Literacy.
Only those teachers can participate in this transfer process, who are more than the prescribed number in the concerned school. Apart from this, disabled, women and teachers suffering from serious diseases can also apply. The department has said that those teachers who want to be posted at the same place on the basis of their husband and wife being government employees will also be transferred.
In the notice issued, it has been said that teachers should apply for transfer online only. Before applying, please read the conditions prescribed by the department. Apply only if you are in accordance with the eligibility criteria that have been determined.
According to the revised schedule, after such teachers apply online, the data will be verified by District Education Officers and District Education Superintendents from September 23 to October 2. In case of any mistake in the application, the work of re-application and its verification will be done from October 3 to 12.
In the case of surplus teachers, a score ranking list will be prepared. Then it will be published in the concerned district. This work will be done from 13 to 17 October. The department has said that if there is any complaint regarding the transfer, teachers can lodge complaints from the 18th to the 23rd of October.
Based on the complaints received, the department will resolve them from October 24 to 28. After the approval of the Establishment Committee, the preparation and publication of the transfer list will take place from October 29 to November 3. The resolution of complaints and the final transfer process will be completed from November 4 to 13.
