Ranchi: Jharkhand Congress president Rajesh Thakur on Sunday reviewed the six districts organisation work on Sunday. The meeting took place at the State Congress Headquarters, Congress Bhawan, Ranchi, six districts under the charge of StateWorking President cum MP Smt. Geeta Koda ji, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro, East Singhbhum.
A review meeting of organization under the Organization Empowerment Campaign was held in Latehar and Jamtara. The General Secretary in-charge of the said district, the District President and the Assembly in-charge of the concerned district were mainly present in the meeting.
In the meeting, Rajesh Thakur of the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee received updated information about organization building from all the district in-charge general secretaries and district heads up to the Panchayat level. According to the information received, the State President found the situation of organization building up to the Panchayat level satisfactory and directed that regular meetings should be ensured every month in all the districts and blocks.
The assembly in-charge will visit the blocks under his charge and, if necessary, rest overnight in the areas under his charge and in coordination with the block officials will strengthen the organization up to the Panchayat and village level.
The State President clearly said that if for some reason any responsible party official is not able to execute the organizational work, then he can automatically submit an application and be relieved of the responsibility of the work. District incharge General Secretary and District President will ensure that if the work of the organization is being disrupted in any block due to inaction of the Block President, then they will immediately send the proposal for change to the state office.
The State President directed the district in-charges to verify the committees formed up to the Mandal and Panchayat level and report to the state office immediately. State Executive President cum MP Mrs. Geeta Koda ji said that the Lok Sabha elections Is close by. The party organization has to be strengthened up to the Panchayat level. All the District Presidents and Assembly in-charges will complete this work by visiting those Panchayats where committees have not been formed till now due to some reason.
Regular block visits and meetings of District Congress Committee officials appointed at the block level should be ensured and incomplete committees up to the Panchayat level should be formed as soon as possible.
