Ranchi: Former Chief Minister Hemant Soren was taken to the Civil Court with the ED team on Thursday, where Hemant Soren was presented in the special ED court.
After hearing the side of ED and Hemant Soren, the court has fixed Friday for the decision on remand.
On Thursday, ED did not get permission to take him on remand and interrogate him.
Hemant Soren will remain in judicial custody Thursday.
After 7 hours of interrogation on Wednesday night, ED had arrested Hemant Soren.
The agency had sought his remand for ten days for questioning.
