Congress to move adjournment motion & approach Raj Bhawan over issue of para teachers: Aalam

Ranchi: Congress Legislature wing leader Aalamgir Aalam said that his party would Governor Draupadi Murmu at the Raj Bhawan on December 26 seeking her intervention into the problems of the para teachers in the state.

Addressing a press conference at the JPCC headquarters here he said that on December 26 when the house reassembles the party will also move a work adjournment motion over the para teachers issue and also over the issue of killing of scribe on December 13 and attack on media-persons which took place on the occasion of the state foundation day celebration at Morhabadi on November 15.

Mr Aalam said that it was the responsibility of the government to run the house and his party was ready to extend its cooperation in running the house however time and again the state government has assured to look into the problems of the para teachers and solve their demands but later it was retracted from its words.

He said that the government has only called the winter session of the assembly to pass the second supplementary budget and it was not meant for the welfare of the people.
