Cold is back in capital after rainfall, clouds to remain for two more days

Ranchi: The rainfall and thunderstorms of Tuesday made sure that winter is once again back in the capital.

According to the weather department for the two-three days in the western and central areas cloud cover will remain and along with lightning, rainfall has been also predicted in Gumla, Bokaro, Khunti, East Singhbhum and West Singhbhum districts.

As far weather in the capital was concerned clouds are likely to remain till February 19-20 and the temperature is also likely to come down. In the last 24 hours the maximum temperature was 29.4 degrees while the minimum was at 12.9 degrees.

According to the weather scientist due to low pressure in the Bay of Bengal changes have taken place in the weather of Jharkhand. It has been predicted that on Thursday also some of the districts can witness rainfall along with strong winds.

The changing weather will have its maximum impact in central, north and south Jharkhand and districts of Chatra, Palamu, Lohardaga, Latehar, Hazaribagh, Saraikela, East and West Singhbhum to be most impacted. The weather is likely to clear from Sunday onwards.
