CM Champai Soren approved for departmental action against seven state service officers

Ranchi:  Chief Minister Champai Soren has given approval to initiate departmental proceedings against seven officers of the State Administrative Service. Of these, three officers Ravindra Kumar Singh, Ravi Shankar and Mukund Das have retired.

Retired IAS officer Kamal John Lakra has been made the investigating officer against these officers. These seven officers are accused of committing irregularities on different matters during their posting period.

The DCs of the districts where these officers were posted had prepared Form A and sent a report to the government, in which prima facie investigation found the allegations to be proved. After this the entire matter was sent to the CM. After the approval of the CM, the Personnel Department has issued its order.

Ravindra Kumar Singh (retd) then Land Acquisition Officer Chatra, Jaideep Tigga then District Manager, State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, West Singhbhum, Ravi Shankar (retd) then Joint Secretary, Mukund Das (retd) BDO Gumla, Jitendra Kumar Dev, then Sub-Divisional Officer Pakur, Sandeep Bakshi, Lakhi Ram Baske, the then Special Land Acquisition Officer Mango.
