Chief Minister unveils statue of Late Yuvraj Gopal Sharan Nath Shahdev

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren unveiled a life-size statue of Late Yuvraj Gopal Sharan Nath Shahdeo at Chottanagpur Fun Castle Park premises. On the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the state government would construct a grand statue of Late Yuvraj Gopal Sharan Nath Shahdev in Ranchi in the coming time. The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of pride for that he had spent some time with Yuvraj.

The Chief Minister said that though he is no more with but his memories will live in the hearts of the people forever. He said that he felt proud to unveil the life-size statue. The Chief Minister said that a lively person like Yuvraj Saheb is rarely found. Yuvraj was not recognized only because of the king’s family, but he used to live in the hearts of the people with his skillful behavior and his thoughts the Chief Minister said adding that seeing his statue today, it was felt as if he is standing among the people.

He said that the memories of old times have come back. The Chief Minister said that the elder sister of the Crown Prince was performing the responsibility of carrying forward the traditions very well. Hemant Soren said that he wants Yuvraj’s dream and Yuvraj’s traditions to be carried forward.

The Chief Minister said that there is a need for all to move forward together to preserve the identity and traditions of our ancestors. On the spot Minister Alamgir Alam, Former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahai, Padma Shri Madhu Mansoori, Raja Manvendra Singh, Raja Ranvijay Singh, Madhuri Manjari Devi, Ajay Nath Shahdev, Chandra Bikram Shahdev, Rajesh Nath Shahdev, Nitesh Nath Shahdev, Ujjwal Nath Shahdev and other members of the royal family were present.
