Ranchi: Bollywood Actress Amisha Patel Surrendered before Civil Court in Ranchi on Saturday. She is accused in Cheque Bounce, extortion case in Ranchi.
She surrendered before the civil court of Senior Civil Judge DN Shukla. The court granted her bail on two Rs 10,000 Bail Bonds. She was summoned in the month of April to appear before the court in which she refused to appear after that court issued a warrant against her.
The matter is related to the 2018 case in which Film producer Ajay Kumar Singh registered an FIR against Amisha Patel. According to Sources Bollywood Actress Amisha Patel cheated her business partner Kunal. Film Producer Ajay Kumar Singh blamed Amisha Patel over Cheque Bounce, Cheating and Extortion.
After summon was issues against her she was not appearing before court. Finally the court issued a warrant against her. Argoda Resident Ajay Kumar Singh registered a case at CJM Court on November 17, 2018 against Bollywood Actress Amisha Patel for Charging a payment of Rupees 2.50 Crore on Music Making but she did not work on that.
As per their signed contract after taking Rs 2.50 Crore Amisha Patel did not release their music video after several talks she returned two cheques containing Rs 50 Lakh each which got bounced by the bank. After that Ajay Singh filed a case against her in Civil Court.
