Ranchi/New Delhi: After two big setbacks for BJP, now Congress has also made a big dent.
Former JMM leader and current BJP MLA from Mandu JP Patel has joined Congress.
JP Patel joined Congress in a program organized at Congress Headquarters in Delhi.
During this, national leader Pawan Khera, Congress in-charge of Jharkhand Ghulam Ahmed Mir, Parliamentary Affairs cum Rural Development Department Minister in Jharkhand Government Alamgir Alam and State Congress President Rajesh Thakur were present.
JP Patel can be the party’s candidate from Hazaribagh.
This seat has come in the favour of Congress.
JP Patel was formerly a JMM MLA.
Also, late JP Patel was the leader of JMM.
He is also the son-in-law of Teklal Mahato and MLA Mathura Prasad Mahato.
