Ranchi: Leader of the legislature wing of BJP Babulal Marandi has urged the state government to extend the lockdown till April 30.
He said that the situation prevailing in the entire country due to Coronavirus was before everyone and every day coming of new cases was not a good indication for the state.Mr Marandi said that after consulting the doctors inside and outside the state it has emerged that there are only two ways to cure the disease one is large scale screening and other is maintaining social distancing.
He said that since the problem is big than one has to make the compromises and together the issue has to be faced. He urged the state government that on the likes of Odisha, Punjab and Telengana the lockdown should be extended to April 30 atleast.
Mr Marandi said that the lockdown should be sincerely implemented in the state and any respite might prove to be fatal for the state. He also urged the people to maintain social distancing and cooperate all the frontline soldiers who are battling the disease.
