Ranchi: BJP State President Babulal Marandi listened to the 106th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat with BJP workers in Vidyanagar, Ranchi. In the Mann Ki Baat programme, PM Modi paid tribute to the brave sons of Jharkhand.
He said that the entire country will celebrate Tribal Pride Day on 15th November. This special day is associated with the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda. Lord Birsa Munda resides in the hearts of all of us.
We can learn from his life what true courage is and what it means to stand firm on one’s determination. He said that India has a rich history of tribal warriors. It was on this land of India that the great Tilka Manjhi had raised the trumpet against injustice.
From this land Sidho-Kanhu raised the voice of equality.
