Ranchi: Jharkhand Assembly Speaker Rabindranath Mahato alleged that the Raj Bhavan in Jharkhand has been working at the behest of the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Central Government. In a tweet, he has clearly written that the Raj Bhavan is working at the behest of the BJP.
This is not the first time, even before this, the General Secretary of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has made serious allegations against the Raj Bhavan. In Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) workers’ conference, Rabindranath Mahato said, Sarna Dharma Code was demanded to know the number of tribal men and women in the country at the time of census.
Calling a special session of the Vidhan Sabha, the identification of the tribals was sent to the Raj Bhavan after the Sarna Dharma Code was passed by the Vidhan Sabha. But Raj Bhavan returned the bill. If this religious code was passed, then it could be known what is the number of tribal brothers and sisters in the country. To date, this bill has not been passed.
