Ranchi: The three Congress MLAs, Irfan Ansari, Naman Vixal Kongadi and Rajesh Kachhap, accused in the cash scam, have been freed from suspension. After listening to the side of the three MLAs in the cash case, the party took the decision.
Congress state president Rajesh Thakur has officially announced this in the assembly premises. Significantly, last year three Congress MLAs Dr. Irfan Ansari, Naman Vixal Kongadi and Rajesh Kachhap were caught with whom in large quantities in West Bengal.
After the arrest, Congress had suspended all three MLAs. The matter had also reached the speaker’s tribunal. Congress Legislature Party leader Alamgir Alam filed a complaint in the speaker’s court.
