Ranchi: Seven districts of Jharkhand including Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Hazaribagh have become the hideout of sleeper cells of terrorist organizations. These seven districts include Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Lohardaga, Pakur and Giridih districts.
All these districts have been giving shelter to sleeper cells of terrorists. Here, for many years, terrorists have been preparing the road-map and plan of their activities. During the last 12 years, 26 sleeper cells of terrorist organizations have been arrested from all these seven districts of the state.
Some people associated with various terrorist organizations stay outside the country and issue video messages repeatedly through social media platforms to mislead the youth of a particular community. Through these videos, hatred is created towards the country and the society. Then gradually video-messages are sent to increase extremism. The youth who becomes a radical after being influenced by them, is kept in a separate group. After that brainwashing is done.
When terrorist organizations feel that the youth is ready to join their network, they turn them into sleeper cells. Sleeper cell means that group of terrorists who live among the common people and after receiving orders from the top leadership of the terrorists, they come into action and carry out the terrorist incident.
