213 Crores allocated for construction of Multiple Flyovers in Ranchi during Cabinet Meeting  

Ranchi: Jharkhand Cabinet meeting held at Project Bhavan in Ranchi on Friday.

Following Decisions were taken in the meeting.

Administrative approval of Rs. 37, 47, 68,000 was given for the construction work of Science Block (LG G 6) of SSLNT Mahila Mahavidayalaya, Dhanbad, a college under Binod Bihari Mahato Koyalanchal University, Dhanbad.

Under the Chief Minister Ujjwal Jharkhand Scheme, administrative approval of an estimated amount of Rs 1485.39 crore was given for electrifying the un electrified hamlets and houses in the rural areas of all the districts of the state and the remaining un electrified places in the urban areas.

Approval was given to amend the Jharkhand Police Radio Operator Appointment Rules and the Junior Inspector, Wireless Sub Inspector Cadre Appointment Rules in Jharkhand State Police Radio.

Administrative approval was given for the total estimate of only Rs 4234.81 lakh for the revival of Ghaghri Weir Scheme and repair work of various structures including lining work of the main canal.

Administrative approval of only Rs 213,35,98,600 was given for land acquisition and R and R utility shifting for Construction of Flyover from Bahubazar to Patel Chowk connecting Siramotli-Mecon Flyover at Patel chowk and Kokar-Yogada Satsang Ashram Flyover Bahubazar.

In the financial year 2023-2024, under the demand number-27 for the operation of the special court constituted for the speedy execution of rape and POCSO cases under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme, Major Head-2014- Administration of Justice-Minor Head-103-Special Court-Subhead-01- Rape and For the formation of a fast track special court for the speedy execution of POCSO Act cases, the amount of the central share under various detailed heads is Rs. 2,18,29,500 and the amount of the state share. Advance of Rs. 3,63,82,500 approved from Jharkhand State Contingency Fund.

Approval was given on the draft of MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) for the welfare of migrant workers of Jharkhand state from 09 states of India.

Relaxing Financial Rule-235 to provide e-Auction system for non-working heavy and small machines and equipment and equipment, scrap available in government industrial training institutes and attached offices operated under the Directorate of Planning and Training of Jharkhand State.

On the basis of nomination in the light of Financial Rules-245, MSTC Ltd. (Undertaking of Government of India) was approved to be authorized as Service Provider.

Recommendation of the committee constituted by departmental order memorandum no. 2725 dated 19.10.2022 regarding the subject related to the missed cases of service recognition of teachers and non-teaching staff appointed by the management committee in the project high schools located in the state of Jharkhand in the year 1984-85 phase.

On the basis of the report, approval was given to grant recognition to the service of assistant teachers and to reject the claim for service recognition in the remaining cases.

Under the immediate arrangement for teaching work in the residential schools run by the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class Welfare Department, approval was given to extend the period of hiring part-time teachers on the basis of service procurement.

Rationalization of the posts of lower class clerks and orderlies of the divisional cadre was approved in the regional office under the Department of School Education and Literacy (Directorate of Secondary Education), Jharkhand Ranchi.

Approval was given to review the special facilities/allowance given to all police officers and personnel working in Jharkhand Jaguar (STF) in the light of 7th PRC.

Revised and effective from 01.01.2016, approval was given to increase the rates of dearness relief to state government pensioners/family pensioners with effect from 01 July, 2023.

Approval has been given to increase the dearness relief rates of pension and family pensioners of the state government from 42 percent to 46 percent from July 01, 2023.

In the light of the provisions mentioned in Rule 4 (a) of Jharkhand Senior Judicial Service (Recruitment, Appointment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2001 and the recommendation of Jharkhand High Court, 13 candidates have been appointed to the post of District Judge in Jharkhand Senior Judicial Service through direct recruitment. Approval was given to do it.

Approval was given to declare public and other holidays in government offices, undertakings and banks of the Jharkhand government in the year 2024.

Strengthening, widening and reconstruction work by transferring “Majnaghat (Seraikela-Chaibasa main road) to Telaihata (Chaibasa-Rajnagar main road) Bhaya Sidadih road (total length – 14.080 km) from Rural Works Department to Road Construction Department under Seraikela-Kharsawan district.
