Ranchi: The employees of the EPFO in support of their 8 point demands have started their countrywide agitation from August 1 and as part of the agitation they indulged in slogan shouting in the post-lunch session in favour of their demands.
Secretary-general of the organisation Pankaj Kumar said the demands of the employees is their due and said that only the officials were taking advantage of the cadre restructuring.
He said that unless the demands of the employees are met their agitation will continue. He said that on August 28 an all India strike would be observed by the EPFO employees.
