Ranchi: Candidates of High School recruitment from 11 non scheduled districts on Monday Gheraoed the residence of cabinet minister Mithlesh Thakur demanding that recruitment process be started.
The candidates said that the recruitment process was started in the year 2016 and till 2021 it has not been completed due to which they are forced to run away from one place to another.
The candidates said that the recruitment process has been completed in the remaining 11 districts and the teachers have started working but their recruitment is being deliberately delayed. They said that they had given the exam in 2017 and their result was out in 2019. The process of certificate verification started in September 2019 and merit list was prepares in December and sent to the education department but till date the recruitment process is not completed due to which they have been forced to sit on roads.
aThe Minister later asked the officials of the education department as to why their appointment has been held and said that he will be able to comment on the issue after obtaining necessary information from the concerned departments.
