SC instructs government and JSSC not to release the result of assistant teacher appointment without permission

Ranchi:  Hearing was held in the Supreme Court on the petition filed by Jharkhand Tet (JTET) pass candidates demanding inclusion of CTET pass and TET pass candidates from the neighboring state of Jharkhand in the Assistant Teacher Appointment Examination.

Advocate Amritansh Vats and senior advocate Gopal Shankarnayan argued on behalf of the applicants. During the hearing, the apex court has directed the state government and JSSC not to publish the result of assistant teacher (Acharya) appointment without the permission of the Supreme Court.

Because at present this matter is pending for hearing in the Supreme Court. The division bench of Supreme Court judge Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Sanjay Karol heard this case. Now the Supreme Court will hear this case in the first week of July. The examination for the Hindi subject for the appointment of Assistant Professor is starting from tomorrow.

In fact, recently, Jharkhand High Court, while hearing a case, had said that TET pass candidates of CTET pass candidates from other states can also participate in the ongoing process for the appointment of 26000 assistant teachers (Acharyas) in the state.
