Jharkhand celebrates 72nd Republic Day

Ranchi (IANS): Jharkhand is celebrating 72 nd Republic Day with enthusiasm on Tuesday.
Governor Draupadi Murmu hoisted tricolour at Morbabadi ground of Ranchi. Chief Minister Hemant Soren unfurled the tricolour at Police line of the second capital Dumka.
Speaking on the occasion he said “ to promote sports in the state, sports officers have been appointed in all 24 districts of the state.  A strong govt is in place in the state. The state govt is working with dedication for social justice and development of the state”.
“ Last year was challenging due to COVID 19. We fought the pandemic and succeeded in controlling it. The COVID 19 has caused damage to the social and economic condition of the state. Despite the impact of COVID 19, the state has govt started many new schemes and policies. The state has also started waiving off loans of the farmers” said the Chief Minister.
He said “ to ensure employment, the Jharkhand Combined Civil Services Rules 2021 has been formulated. Under Mukyamantri Rojnar Srijan, Rs 25 lakh loan will be provided to unemployed youth for employment creation”.
