Welfare schemes are going on for every class and every section of society: CM

Sahebganj: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday said that the youth of Jharkhand should not worry about employment. The state government is serious about providing employment to the youth of the state.

“Our government has launched many public welfare schemes in the state. “Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar” program was started in the state to connect all of you with various schemes. Now state, district and block level officials are solving your problems by setting up camps in your block, panchayat and villages. Lakhs of applications were received under ‘Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’” said the Chief Minister.

He said “ For the first time in the state, the government reached every house, panchayat and panchayat, listened to your problems and implemented them. A few years ago, our elders used to go round the block for pension. Today, no elderly, widow or disabled person in the state is untouched by pension.

Our government has taken concrete steps and launched many welfare schemes in the public interest. You can join these schemes and make yourself self-reliant and help in the development of the state. Contribute in”.

Shri Hemant Soren said the above things while addressing the development fair-cumasset distribution ceremony organized at Kunwarpur football ground in Patna block of Sahebganj. Hemant Soren said that due to climate change and less rainfall, sowing of paddy has been affected this year also. But, the farmers of the state need not worry. The government is always standing with you. The government has launched many schemes related
to farming, so that farmers can get maximum relief in such adverse circumstances.

Under Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Yojana, you can earn income by rearing animals. Efforts are on to improve the education system in the state day by day. The Chief Minister said that today our government is providing education system in government schools of the state on par with private schools. Today the students of the state are receiving high level education in excellent schools. 

The Chief Minister distributed assets worth Rs 4,80,58,992 among 592 beneficiaries under various schemes. On this occasion, the Chief Minister handed over Rs 2 crore 58 lakh to 107 Sakhi Mandals under bank linkage and Rs 1 crore 42 lakh to 424 Sakhi Mandals under Community Investment Fund. Apart from this, the benefits of many schemes including Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana, Chief Minister Kanyadan Yojana, Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme, Ambedkar Awas Yojana were provided to the beneficiaries.
