Vidhansabha Speaker gets Corona vaccine at Sadar Hospital

Ranchi: Jharkhand assembly speaker Ravindranath Mahto on Saturday got himself injected with the coronavirus vaccine.

The speaker himself reached at the Sadar Hospital and took the first dose of Covishield vaccine. Later he said that Corona has not ended therefore there was a need to adopt extra precautions and all the instructions which have been issued for protection against the deadly virus should be adopted.

The assembly speaker said that for prevention against coronavirus vaccination is very important as it will help to increase immunization and through vaccine people can protect themselves and also others.

The speaker said that second phase of Corona has entered into the country and in many states the situation has got out of control therefore there was a need to remain alert. During the vaccination Ranchi civil surgeon V B Prasad and vaccination incharge of Sadar Hospital Dr Vimlesh were present.
