Ranchi: Another Vande Bharat Express is going to run from Ranchi. The timing of this train running between Ranchi and Howrah has been fixed. This was approved in the meeting of the Indian Railway Time Table Committee in Secunderabad on Saturday.
Vande Bharat will depart from Ranchi at 5:20 am and reach Howrah at 11:55 am. And it will leave Howrah at 3:30 pm and reach Ranchi at 10:10 pm. This train will complete the journey between Ranchi to Howrah in 6 hours 35 minutes.
Vande Bharat train will run on the route of Ranchi to Howrah Shatabdi Express. It will go from Ranchi to Howrah via Bokaro, Dhanbad, Asansol. Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth has said the Ranchi-Howrah Vande Bharat train will start before Durga Puja. The Railway Ministry will announce the date soon.
A senior railway official said the Vande Bharat train will be especially beneficial for businessmen. Those who go to Kolkata for business. A special train was being run from Hatia to Drug for more than a year. Due to the good response of this train, the Time Table Committee of the Railways has decided to run it permanently.
At present, the fare as a special train was 30 % more than the normal fare, but after being made permanent, the fare of this train will be reduced by 30 %. This is a weekly train.
