Two Road Mishaps in Deoghar Leave Four Youths Critically Injured

Deoghar: Four young men sustained serious injuries in two separate road accidents in and around Deoghar after losing control of their motorcycles. All of them are currently undergoing treatment at Deoghar Sadar Hospital.

The first incident occurred in the Margomunda police station area, where two brothers, Shankar Rai and Bhola Rai, were badly injured after their motorcycle skidded out of control. The duo hails from Beba village under Narayanpur police station in Jamtara district. Initially rushed to Madhupur for medical attention, they were later referred to Deoghar Sadar Hospital due to the severity of their injuries.

According to Bhola Rai, they had travelled to Sugga Pahari to attend a wedding ceremony. While returning on Tuesday afternoon, their motorcycle lost balance in the Margomunda area, causing both to fall onto the road. Shankar Rai’s condition is reported to be critical.

In a separate accident, two more youths — Bablu Hembram and Budhu Lal Hembram — were injured in the Jaipur police station area of Banka district. Both residents of Nawadih village under Mohanpur police station in Deoghar, they were on their way to attend a tilak ceremony in Rogdesar village when their motorcycle went out of control near Dukhansar village, leading to the crash.

Doctors at Deoghar Sadar Hospital are closely monitoring all four injured youths, and treatment is ongoing.
