Ranchi: Under the banner of Rashtriya Adivasi Samaj Sarna Dharma Raksha Abhiyaan all the preparations for Sarna Dharma Code Maharally has been completed which will be held at Morhabadi Maidan in Ranchi on Sunday. Sarna Dharma Guru Bandhan Tigga and Dr Karma Oraon said that through the rally the central government will be pressed for the inclusion of Sarna Dharma as the seventh religion in the religion column of the upcoming census.
Further, the government will be asked to implement comply with the provisions of the fifth schedule, stop and take action on CNT and SPT Act violations, fill backlog posts of Scheduled Tribes, make contract workers permanent with reservation roster compliance and also register their protest against the inclusion of the Kurmi caste in Scheduled Tribes.
A demand will be made to the Central and State Governments by bringing a proposal to appoint 100 percent local people in the third and fourth class posts in the recruitment policy and to notify Parasnath as a place of worship for the Marangburu tribal community
