Ranchi: The guest teachers sitting on strike at the headquarters of Ranchi University surrounded the Vice Chancellor of the University. The Vice-Chancellor was sitting in his car. The guest teachers are on indefinite strike in the university since January 30.
Their demand is that adjustments should be made as a need-based teacher. These people have also met University Vice Chancellor Ajit Kumar Sinha several times regarding their demands.
The teachers said that we are demanding our rights. HRD has issued a letter to accommodate us, but the university is not doing so.
