The people of Dumri have made up their mind for change: Babulal Marandi

Ranchi: NDA’s campaign is going on in full swing in Dumri by-election. BJP State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi has put all his strength in the campaign of Dumri byelection by stopping the Sankalp Yatra midway.

After the booth-level workers’ conference in all six divisions, the party has now laid emphasis on the village contact campaign. On Friday BJP State President and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi visited dozens of villages of Sasarkhon Mandal and appealed to the people to vote in favor of NDA candidate Yashoda Devi.

In his addresses, Marandi repeatedly requested for first voting and then refreshments. Marandi started the contact campaign by garlanding the statue of Jharkhand’s immortal martyr Sido Kanho installed at Kharko More. Marandi also visited many settlements of the Santhal community where he was welcomed with traditional customs. *In the public relations campaign, Marandi addressed people in dozens of villages including Jaridih, Baradih, Khaksawa, Karma, Bahiyar, and Barwadih.

Marandi said that the way public anger is visible against the Hemant government, it has become clear that the people of the Dumri assembly constituency have decided to teach the Hemant government a lesson. He said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee had established a separate state by respecting the sentiments of the tribals and indigenous people of Jharkhand.
