Sahebganj: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that strengthening of the rural economy is a special priority for the state government.
Interacting with the people at Dharampur under Pathna block of this district he said that for all-around development of the state strengthening of the rural economy is important. He said that the government is working for the upliftment of the rural economy.
The Chief Minister said that schemes are being made keeping in mind the needs of the farmers, workers, women, and youth and in this sentiments of the people are being kept in mind so that they can get their due right.
The Chief Minister said that due to Covid in the last two years the entire system had been collapsed but now speed is being added to the development schemes. He said that many programmes are being run in the interest of the people including Universal Pension Scheme, Phulo-Jhano Aashirwad Yojana, Mukhyamantri Rojgar Srijan Yojana, Pashudhan Yojana and Sona Sobran Dhoti Saree Yojana. He asked the people to take advantage of these schemes and also encourage others to do the same.
Hemant Soren called on the people to become a part of the system and take advantage of the welfare scheme. He said that the government is making sure that the benefits of the scheme reach the last person in society. He said that the government is rapidly realising the schemes on the ground and hoped that with the cooperation of the people schemes will be realised on the ground.
The Chief Minister said that Aapke Adhikar Apki Sarkar Apke Dwar programme has given better results. He said that through the initiative camps were organised in the villages to solve the problems of the people and they were linked with government schemes. He said that the government is contemplating to run these schemes further and going forward frequent reviews will be also made to assess their outcome.
Hemant Soren said that he was aware of the problems of the people and is working to solve their issues. He pointed out that the government solved the issue of para teachers and also addressed the issues of Poshan Sakhis, Sahikas and Sevikas. He said that the development and welfare of people is a priority for the government.
The Chief Minister also gave away Pradhani Pattas to the beneficiaries. He listened to the problems of the people and directed the officials to solve their problems. Rajmahal MP Vijay Hansda, DC and SP of Sahebganj were present on the occasion.
