Ranchi, Jun 8: The state plan approval committee has approved 11 proposals worth Rs 3,397.73 crore for recommendation of teh Chief Minister.
The projects were approved during a meeting of the committee which was chaired by Development Commissioner Amit Khare here.
The prominent projects which have been approved by the committee are related to build 40,000 homes under Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana in teh urban areas of the state on PPP model worth Rs 2,200 crore. Another project to develop a medico city on PPP mode on the land of Itki Sanotarium in Ranchi worth Rs 918.20 crore was also approved
Couple of projects related to repair and civil work of couple of irrigation projects of Gumla district and another is related to Chinda Reservoir project of Simdega district were also approved by the committee.
The committee also approved a proposal worth Rs 48 crore to ste up 100 single window centers along with mobile based e solution scheme. A sum of Rs 48.72 crore was also approved to open multipurpose examination halls in phase wise manner in every district for the universities. A sum of Rs 2.23 crore was also approved to set up library in a phase wise manner at panchayat level. A project worth Rs 44.12 crore for lighting the roads with led those falling in RMC area was also forwarded for approval.
