Ranchi: The state government has decided to set up a special court where matters of terrorism and left-wing extremism being handled by the National Investigating Agency would be heard.
An official statement issued here said that Chief Minister Hemant Soren has given his consent to the proposal in this regard. On the likes of special CBI courts, the special NIA court will be set up.
The Union Home Ministry has requested the state government to take necessary steps in this regard.
