Six were going for picnic in New Year died in a road accident in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: Six people died in a road accident in Jamshedpur on Monday morning. The condition of 2 is critical. Everyone was going for a picnic on New Year’s Day. The accident happened around 5.15 am near Circuit House Sign Temple in Bistupur police station area. The injured are undergoing treatment in the hospital.

According to Sources, There were 8 people in the car. The car collided with a tree in the Bistupur police station area. After the accident, bodies of some people remained trapped in the vehicle. Later the dead bodies were removed by cutting them with the cutter of the vehicle. The accident was so horrific that the engine of the vehicle was found lying 10 feet away. 

CM Hemant Soren has expressed grief over the accident. There were eight people in Tata Indigo. The speed of the car was high and it collided first with a pole and then with a tree. In this accident, five people died on the spot. The car was blown apart.

The administration pulled out two people and one person from the car before the administration arrived. According to Sources, one person has died during treatment in the hospital. Two people are seriously injured in this accident and are undergoing treatment at Jamshedpur MGM Hospital. All 6 bodies are currently kept in MGM Hospital.

After the incident, eyewitnesses said that all the youths in the car were residents of Baba Kuti area of Adityapur and were going from Bistupur to Marine Drive for a picnic in a car. The speed of the car was very high. Suddenly the driver lost control of the car. The car first hit an iron pole on the roadside and then hit a tree. Anjani Tiwari police station in-charge said that it is too early to say what the reason for this accident was.

On the question of whether intoxication was the reason for the accident, he said that we will be able to say something on this only after investigation. We got information about the accident after which we reached here. Expressing grief over this accident, CM Hemant Soren wrote that he is heartbroken by the sad news of death of 6 people in a road accident in Jamshedpur. May God grant peace to the departed souls and give strength to the bereaved family members to bear this difficult time of grief. I wish speedy recovery to those injured in the accident.
