Silent Satyagraha of Jharkhand Congress, BJP is trying to blunt the voice of Rahul Gandhi – JPCC President Rajesh Thakur

Ranchi: The Indian National Congress has started a countrywide agitation against the Gujarat High Court rejecting Rahul Gandhi’s plea for Parliament membership and the worsening condition of the country under the BJP rule. Under the leadership of State President Rajesh Thakur, the State Congress Committee is sitting on a silent Satyagraha near Bapu Vatika, Morhabadi.

In Silent Satyagraha, all the senior Congress leaders and workers of the state are taking part. This one-day silent Satyagraha has started from 10 in the morning and will continue till 5 in the evening. State President Rajesh Thakur started the silent Satyagraha by garlanding the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. Before starting the silent Satyagraha, State President Rajesh Thakur said efforts are being made to blunt the efforts of Rahul Gandhi, who has become the voice of the country.

Under a well-planned conspiracy, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders sued in courts claiming themselves to be Mehul Choksi, Nirav Modi, so-called relatives of Lalit Modi. And for that purpose some decisions have come. We will go to the Supreme Court. We respect whatever decision is taken by the Supreme Court.

Rajesh Thakur said this is a well-planned conspiracy of the BJP. We will keep opposing it. Through Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi has given a message to the people of the country that inflation is at its peak. Unemployment is at its peak. Corruption is at its peak. Hatred among people is at its peak.

Today we will sit on silent Satyagraha to give strength to Rahul Gandhi who has become the voice of the country. We understand that the silent fast that is being observed across the country today will infuse new energy. Whatever Rahul Gandhi talks about in the interest of the country, he will get strength.
