Mumbai — Actor Shahid Kapoor recently treated fans to a delightful peek into his family holiday, sharing glimpses of what he described as a cheerful “hansta hua carvan zindagi ka.” The photos feature some special people in his life, including his mother Neelima Azeem, wife Mira Rajput Kapoor, and brother Ishaan Khatter.
Taking to Instagram, Shahid posted a series of candid snapshots that capture the fun, warmth, and relaxed vibe of their seaside getaway. In one of the images, the actor can be seen enjoying the waves with his mother, while another shows him going for a bike ride with Ishaan. A separate picture captures a sweet, romantic moment between Shahid and Mira during the holiday.
Instead of writing a caption, Shahid chose to let music speak for the mood. He used the classic song “Yeh hansta hua carvan zindagi ka” from the 1957 film Ek Jhalak as the background track for the post.
On the professional front, Shahid was last seen in the film O’ Romeo, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj. The movie is inspired by the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by S. Hussain Zaidi and features a strong ensemble cast including Triptii Dimri, Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Disha Patani, Farida Jalal, with a special appearance by Vikrant Massey.
Set against the backdrop of post-Independence Mumbai, the film explores the rise of the city’s underworld and offers a glimpse into a turbulent chapter of its criminal past.
Shahid also has an exciting lineup ahead with projects like Cocktail 2 and Farzi 2. Interestingly, during a recent “Ask Me Anything” session with fans on Instagram, the actor revealed that once he wraps up these commitments, he plans to take a break.
When a fan asked what he intends to do after finishing the two projects, Shahid had a simple answer: “Holiday!!!”
