Ranchi: A hearing was held in the Jharkhand High Court on Thursday on the criminal revision of Congress MLA Pradeep Yadav, accused of sexually abusing a female advocate.
On the request of both the parties, the court has fixed the date of August 17 for the next hearing of the matter.
Hearing was held on Pradeep Yadav’s petition in the court of High Court Judge Justice Navneet Kumar.
Pradeep Yadav has challenged the process of charge frame against him in the Dumka court in the case of sexual abuse.
He is currently on bail in this case.
