Ranchi: On the third day of the winter session of Jharkhand Assembly, in the absence of BJP MLAs, the government passed the second supplementary budget of Rs 8,111 crore from the House. Meanwhile, the Speaker got angry and suspended BJP MLAs Bhanu Pratap Shahi and Biranchi Narayan from the entire assembly session. Marshals hanged both the MLAs and took them out of the House. Both were continuously creating ruckus in the house.After which the Speaker got angry and said to throw out these two MLAs.
