Rs 36 lakh recovered from CM Hemant’s Delhi residence, ED also seized two cars

Ranchi: Enforcement Directorate (ED) during the investigation of money laundering case related to the alleged land scam, ED has recovered Rs 36 lakh cash from Hemant Soren’s Delhi residence. ED has also seized two cars.

The ED team raided the residence of CM Hemant Soren in Delhi on Monday. However, ED officials had left the CM’s residence at around 7 pm on Monday evening. But after some time, without saying anything, the ED officials again went inside CM Hemant Soren’s house and checked Hemant Soren’s personal car.

During this time, some documents were found inside the vehicle, which were taken into custody by ED officials. At the same time, ED has also taken a BMW car with Haryana number. 

On Monday (January 29) morning, the ED team had reached CM Soren’s residence in Delhi, but he was not found there.
