Ranchi: In Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, RIMS, an atmosphere of tension has been created between the medical students and the administration management. Management has instructed the students of 2019-2022 batch to vacate the hostel by 7 pm on Thursday. But the students are refusing to vacate the hostel.
At the same time, a high level meeting was also held under the chairmanship of RIMS Director. Meanwhile, strictly following its order, the management has given an ultimatum to the students to vacate the hostel by 7 pm. As soon as Dr. RK Gupta, director of RIMS, came out of the administrative building to attend the meeting with the Chief Minister, the students surrounded him.
However, the jawans posted in the security took out the director with great difficulty. While the Dean students are not allowing Dr. Shiv Priya to evacuate the students from the administrative building.
