Mumbai- Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, who are set to tie the knot, arrived in Udaipur on Monday to kick off their wedding celebrations.
The wedding ceremony is scheduled to take place at Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaaya Udaipur. Upon arrival, the couple turned heads with their coordinated looks. Vijay opted for a black leather ensemble, while Rashmika complemented his style in an elegant outfit featuring a structured blazer with a notch lapel collar, padded shoulders, full-length sleeves folded to the elbow, double front pockets, and a tailored open-front silhouette.
Sporting a moustache, Vijay completed his look and greeted the media and fans with a wave before heading to the wedding venue.
The couple officially announced their wedding on Sunday through their respective Instagram handles. In a heartfelt joint message, they wrote, “Our dearest loves, before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves, you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name — ‘VIROSH’. So today, with full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour. We would like to call it ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’. Thank you for holding us with so much love. You are a part of us, always. Biggest hugs and full love.”
Rashmika and Vijay are expected to exchange vows on February 26, 2026, in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The ceremony is planned as a private and intimate affair, attended only by close family and friends, followed by select receptions.
According to reports, the wedding will follow a strict no-phone policy, with non-disclosure agreements in place for planners to maintain privacy. Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s love story began on the sets of the Telugu hit Geetha Govindam in 2018, where their on-screen chemistry sparked early dating rumours. They later reunited for Dear Comrade, further fuelling speculation about a real-life romance.
