Ranchi/Lohardaga: Ranchi DC cum District Election Officer Rahul Kumar Sinha inspected all the booths of Ranchi and Lohardaga Lok Sabha constituency. During this, the DC asked the concerned officials to follow all the guidelines given by the Election Commission.
DC has ensured cleanliness, arrangement of drinking water and toilets, alternative arrangement of electricity and minimum water in Government Middle School, Jaria Bedo-2, Booth No. 225 and 226 and Government Primary School Bedo-1, Booth No. 231, 232 and 233 of Lohardaga. Instructed to provide basic facilities.
The DC also asked the concerned officers to complete the orders given on time. During this, Deputy Election Officer Bivek Kumar Suman, Special Education Officer Moni Kumari, Block Development Officer Bedo Rahul Oraon and Bedo Circle Officer Pratap Minj were present.
When DC went to Government Primary School Bedo-1 for inspection, the headmaster of the school was absent. On which the DC expressed displeasure and directed the concerned officer to take strict action against him.
The DC said that if any government employee is found absent on the working day, strict action will be taken against them. DC took detailed information about the responsibilities given from the BLO at the polling booth. Also asked BLO about booth level awareness groups.
DC told BLOs to pay special attention to ensure that no voter is left out, everyone must cast their vote.
