Ranchi DC Holds Meeting Regarding Air Show, Issues Directives to Officials

Ranchi: A grand air show by the Indian Air Force (IAF) will be held on April 19 and 20 at the Khoja Toli Army Ground in Namkum, Ranchi. To ensure the success of the event, Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri held an important meeting with district and police officials on April 18.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner conducted a detailed review of all necessary arrangements including law and order, security, traffic, parking, drinking water, toilets, electricity, medical facilities, signage, fire safety, and ambulance services. He instructed the concerned officials to fulfill their responsibilities with utmost alertness and integrity.

The grand air show will be attended by several dignitaries including Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth, the Air Chief Marshal, and many senior state officials and public representatives. Special security arrangements are being made at the venue in light of their presence.

Spectators will not be allowed to bring food or beverages to the event. This decision has been made to prevent birds from being attracted and to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted presentation of the show.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Development Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Rural SP Sumit Kumar Agrawal, Urban SP Rajkumar Mehta, Sadar SDO Utkarsh Kumar, Additional District Magistrate Rajeshwar Nath Alok, District Public Relations Officer Urvashi Pandey, and other senior officials.
