Ramgarh Gears Up for NEET 2026 with Strict Measures for Fair and Smooth Conduct

Ramgarh: A high-level meeting was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rituraj at the NIC hall in the Collectorate, Ramgarh, to ensure the smooth, peaceful, and malpractice-free conduct of NEET 2026 scheduled for May 3, 2026. Officials from all concerned departments and examination center superintendents attended the meeting and were issued necessary instructions.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that no negligence or error would be tolerated in conducting such a crucial national-level examination. He directed all officials to complete preparations well in advance and ensure the exam is conducted with full transparency and strict monitoring.

It was informed during the meeting that a total of three examination centers have been set up in the district — Kendriya Vidyalaya Ramgarh, Kendriya Vidyalaya Barkakana, and Army Public School Ramgarh. Altogether, 889 candidates are expected to appear for the examination across these centers.

The Deputy Commissioner instructed center superintendents to ensure proper arrangements for drinking water, sanitation, electricity, lighting, and seating. Adequate personnel deployment was also directed to facilitate smooth and organized entry of candidates. He stressed that all arrangements must be finalized well before the scheduled time on the day of the examination.

The District Education Officer was asked to maintain continuous monitoring of all preparations. Meanwhile, the police administration was directed to ensure tight security around examination centers, deploy sufficient magistrates and police personnel, and maintain law and order throughout the examination process.

All concerned officials were further instructed to conduct physical verification of examination centers in advance and remain present at the venues before time on the exam day to oversee arrangements closely.
