Ranchi: The safety of the railway tracks built in the Kharagpur-Adityapur new third railway line project will be examined. This work will continue for 17 days.
Due to this, changes have been made in the operation of trains on the Howrah-Mumbai main line of South Eastern Railway. This new line comes under Kharagpur and Chakradharpur railway division. Commissioning (safety check of tracks) will take place in five railway stations falling on this line.
Due to this, changes have been made in the routes of 11 trains including Rajdhani from October 25 to November 10. And 11 trains have been cancelled.
Apart from cancellation and change of routes, timings of trains have also been changed.
Changes in the routes of these 11 trains:
- 22892 Asansol-HWH Express, route changed on 25th, 28th October, 1st November and 4th November,
- Adra-MDN22891 Howrah-Ranchi Express, route changed on 2nd November,
- Adra-MDN12833 Ahmedabad-Howrah Express 24, 26, 28,
- Chandil-Adra route on 30th October, 2nd November and 5th November.
- 18010 AII-SRC Express Chandil-Adra route on 29th October and 5th November.
- 2824 New Delhi-Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Express on 24, 26, 28 October and 2 November, Adra-Mednipur route.
- 22823 Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express on 2, 6 November and 7 November, Medinipur-Adra route.
- 22858 Anand Vihar-Santragachhi Express on 24 October, Adra-MDN route 20827.
- JBP-SRC Humsafar Express on 26th October and 2nd November on Chandil route.
- 22511 LTT-Kamakhya Express on 31st October on Chandil-Adra-MDN route.
- 15930 NTSK-TBM Express will run on MDN route on 6th November.
- 12876 ANVT-Puri Express will run on Kharagpur-MDN-Adra route on 5th November.
