Ranchi, Aug 23: Chief Minister Raghubar Das has extended his gratitude
towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his decision of increasing
the creamy layer slab for the OBCs from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh and has
also congratulated him for the move.
He said that the decision has been taken in a large context and also
showcased the commitment of the government to bring forward the OBCs
in the country.
The Union cabinet in its decision had decided to extend the slab for
the OBC creamy layer. With this decision of the central government
more people belonging to the OBC categories can get advantage in jobs
and appointments.
